After graduating law school, Brian began his career handling commercial litigation for insurance companies. However, shortly thereafter, in 2000, he found himself employed in a small boutique real estate firm. This firm’s practice consisted solely of loan closings, until upon the request of a client, Brian established the foreclosure department.

From that time until 2002, Brian single handedly ran that firm’s foreclosure department. While being presented with this overwhelming task, Brian embraced this as an opportunity few attorneys in this industry receive: the ability to understand the entire foreclosure process from beginning to end, including the responsibilities ordinarily handled by paralegals and legal support staff. While Brian flourished in this capacity, he soon realized that in order to achieve his goals he needed to leave.

As a self taught foreclosure attorney who had spent literally hours studying this subject and real estate law, Brian quickly garnered the reputation of being one of the best young foreclosure attorneys in the state. This opinion which was shared by many of the foreclosure firms was further solidified when Brian was able to establish a successful practice handling court appearances and litigation on behalf of these firms. He was frequently called on to assist in the drafting of memorandum, pleadings and the review of title related issues.

In 2003, Brian and Michael Popkin, established the Law Offices of Popkin & Rosaler, PA.

The legal procedures and pleadings that are used today by our firm are a culmination of Brian’s efforts based on his numerous court appearances and his review and discussion with other firms about legal pleadings and their underlying persuasiveness with the court.
