The lawful expulsion of an occupant of real property.

Sometimes after a foreclosure sale has occurred and the property has reverted to the secured creditor, it may become necessary to legally remove the occupant (either the prior owner or a tenant) who refuses to vacate the property. Our office is fully equipped to handle eviction proceedings on behalf of the secured creditor.   

We do NOT handle landlord-tenant evictions, but solely focus our practice in this area on those evictions which may become necessary as a result of a mortgage foreclosure action.
